Over the years insecurity in Nigeria has been on the increase. Many citizens lost their lives to Boko Haram insurgence, Nigeria loses many valiant soldiers during the war with Boko Harm sect. What about the destruction of life and properties by Shiite and IMN?

We shift blame and insinuate ethnicity and religion as bases for killing and destruction of valuable. We even think it to be Islamic agenda.

However the question of insecurity is not a new or news topic, it’s part of life. Probably, all our activities are prompted by sense of security, either security of life and property or financial security, health security etc.

Meanwhile, although we may put systems in place in order to be sure of our security or you may surround yourself with security personnel and build a heavy wall around your house all this does not guarantee your safety or security. They hinder the intruders but not stop the occurrence of harmful event. This understanding and many other related opinion prompted us to discuss the issue of security in Nigeria. We intentionally explore new approach to insecurity from leadership point of view.

However, Mr Gbenga Aderinola a leadership expert specialized in value and inclusive leadership approach unveiled the mask from masquerade and prescribe possible solutions to killing and kidnapping in Nigeria.

Mr Gbenga said, we should remember that no action without a course. Why bandits perpetrate their evil agenda? It’s not because of money, wealth and fame.

He continued, on this fact I offer suggestions to the concerned arm of Nigeria government to tackle the problem of insecurity in the states.

Mr Joshua, blamed the system and those at the helms of affairs in Nigeria for instilling the young ones with sense of insecurity through their extravagant life style.

Most people in leadership position do not understand true leadership. He said non of Nigeria leaders are sensitive to the pain of people. They rather share money and live extravagantly, oppress the poor, and create wide and deep gulf  between the rich and poor, creating I-centric environment which produces fear, hatred and sense of insecurity. Therefore, everybody also want to live poverty zone, feel belonging and secure financial freedom.

The exceptional leadership expert advised Nigeria government to do more in fighting corruption but most importantly to close the gap between the rich and poor, create we-centric environment by improving quality of life of average Nigerians.

He sighted an example of advanced countries he said the gap between the rich and the poor is very slim. They operate a kind of system that makes the rich in the society take care of the poor through various humanitarian activities. They cut down extravagant lifestyle, respect the rule of law and right of the people.

Mr Gbenga establish one of the inclusive leadership principles, “when you make people feel belong their fear and sense of territoriality disappear then they express love and care for each other.

In conclusion, he said, inequality create we-centric environment that guarantee total security. We may fill our roads with militaries yet not secure. Security should be inside out rather than outside in.
